Shipping & Delivery

At Amethist Media, we are committed to delivering your creative assets with speed and care.[1] Because our services involve both digital and physical components, the following delivery terms apply:

1. Digital Delivery (Photos & Videos)

Digital delivery is our primary mode of service fulfillment.

  • Sneak Peeks: For weddings and events, a “Sneak Peek” gallery (10–20 images) will be delivered via WhatsApp or Email within 24–48 hours of the shoot.

  • Standard Delivery: Final edited high-resolution images and films are delivered via secure cloud links (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Pixieset).

    • Commercial/Product Shoots: 5–7 business days.

    • Reels/Short Films: 3–5 business days.

    • Full Wedding Galleries/Films: 4–8 weeks (depending on the season).[2]

  • Link Validity: Digital download links are active for 30 days. We recommend clients download and back up their files immediately upon receipt.[3]

2. Physical Product Shipping (Albums & Prints)

If your package includes physical products like Premium Albums, Framed Prints, or Wood-Box USBs, the following applies:

  • Processing Time: Production (designing and printing) begins only after the client approves the final digital layout. Production typically takes 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping Partners: We use reputed national couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC) to ensure safe transit.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Within Delhi/NCR: Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

    • Pan-India: Standard shipping rates apply based on weight and dimensions.

  • Estimated Transit Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    • Rest of India: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

3. Local Pickup (NSP Studio)

Clients located in Delhi can opt for Local Pickup to avoid shipping costs and ensure the safety of fragile items (like glass-framed prints).

  • Location: Unit No 353, 3rd Floor, Vardhman Corporate Plaza, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi.

  • Timing: Pickups are available Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with prior appointment.

4. Amethist Academy (Course Delivery)[4]

  • Workshop Bookings: Upon successful payment for any workshop or mentorship program, you will receive a Digital Confirmation/Ticket via email instantly.

  • Course Materials: Any physical kits or certificates provided during the course will be handed over in person at our Pitampura studio during the session.

5. Damaged or Lost Goods

  • Digital Files: If a digital link fails or files are corrupted, notify us at info@amethistmedia.com within 7 days for a re-upload.

  • Physical Goods: In the rare event that an album or print arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the damage.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping for wedding albums. Shipping costs and customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the client and will be quoted separately based on the destination country.
